Ludhiana (CDT NEWS): First ever Convocation held at Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha Dental College . Prof.(Dr.) Raj Bahadur Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Baba Farid University of
Health Sciences Faridkot presided over the function. Program commenced with
Academic Procession of the chief guest, faculty & graduates.

Ho’ble Vic Chancelloronferred degrees to 110 graduates and 50 distinction holders in university received
medal & amp; trophies namely Manmeen Sethi Arora Batch 2009 university rank (1st) in
Second year and (2nd ) in final prof, Kirandeep Kaur Batch 2009 university rank (7th)
in first prof and (3rd) in second prof , Mehak Gupta Batch 2017 University Rank(2nd)
in 2nd prof and Univ.Rank (2nd) in final prof, Anmol Grover Batch 2015, University
Rank (1st )in final prof, Stalanpreet Kaur Batch 2018 University Rank( 1st )in 2nd
prof. among others. Prominent dignitaries among the present were Chairman SKSS
trust S. Paramjeet Singh, Trustees S.Pavitar Singh , S. Tehal Singh ,S. Jaswinder Singh
Grewal ,S. Sadhu Singh , Mrs Paramjeet Kaur Pandher, Principal Dr. Ajay Chabbra,
Vice Principal Dr. Munish Kumar Medical Superintendent Dr Monika Dhawan, Dr.
Gurmeet Singh. Principal of various dental Colleges of punjab, President & Hon. Sec
IDA Ludhiana too graced the occasion. In his address Hon’ble VC highlighted the
pious birthplace of Shaheed Kartar Singh Sarabha and his sacrifices for the
motherland at the tender age of 19 years. He motivated the degree holders to
practice dentistry with a motive of serving society with utmost dedication &
sincerity. He guided the students to remain indebted to your parents house brought
you to this world, school teachers who prepared you for upcoming challenges of life
& College teachers who turned you from an ordinary man to a professional.
It was a wonderful gathering of about 450 dignitaries, guests, parents and students.
Dr. Param Saini President Rotary club Ludhiana greater along with Rtn. Vikas Babbar
were honoured by the chief guest for their financial help to poor & needy patients
and to the welfare of hospital.
Cultural extravaganza, Dance Floor with DJ and sumptuous food were icing on the
cake for Alumni & amp; Students of SKSS Dental College.
