Chandigarh : Sidhu Moosewala, a well-known Punjabi singer, has been summoned and ordered to appear in court on March 29. lawyer Sunil Malan served Sidhu Moosewala with a legal notice six months ago.
The summons was issued in the case of Sidhu Moosewala for using anti-lawyer language in the song ‘Sanju.
’Sunil Malan had previously sent legal notices to the singer on several occasions, but Moosewala had refused to take notice. Although a notice was sent to the village sarpanch, he did not accept it, so the court summoned singer Sidhu Moosewala and asked him to appear before the court.
The complainant is also preparing to serve singer Mankirat Aulakh with a legal notice. Many lyricists are facing criminal charges in connection with gun culture, drugs, and abusive songs.
