TO BEAT CORONA, MLA KICK STARTS SANITISER SPRAY IN VILLAGE

HOSHIARPUR, MAY 26: Amid rising cases of COVID-19 in rural areas, MLA Dr Raj Kumar Chabbewaon Wednesday launched spray of sanitiser in the villages and its significant premises to contain virus efficaciously.

While kickstarting the spray initiative at Chabbewal, Dr Raj Kumar besides vaccination and sampling sanitisation in rural areas is also vital in these days to break the transmission of virus.

On the first day, the tractor-tanker containing sanitiser was dispatched to Chabbewal village, Bazaar, police station & its adjoining areas, SGHR College, Harian Bailan, Bazaar Bassi Kalan Road etc. The MLA said this sanitisation will remain continue in days to come in other villages too. He said that the Mission Fateh-2 launched by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh will be achieved with the constant cooperation from villagers & panchayats. He said that the campaign would be intensified with the help of NGOs, Social Organisations and NRIs in larger public interest.

Prominent amongst those present on the occasion included Director Punjab Water Resources Management and Development Corporation Shiv Ranjan Singh, Member NRI Commission Daljeet Singh Sahota, NRI Pindu Johal, Ashok Singj, Ranbir Singh, Paramjit Singh, Jasbir Singh, Pawan Kumar etc.
