ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ : ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਅੱਜ ਬਕਾਏ ਬਿੱਲ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚਮਕੌਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਗੱਗੋਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੰਕੇਤਕ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਪੀਆਂ ਸਾੜ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਬਿੱਲਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੇਣਦਾਰੀਆਂ ਭੁੱਲ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ 2 ਕਿਲੋਵਾਟ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਲੋਡ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਖਪਤਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਮੁਆਫ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
