Supreme Court should work with a broad-minded approach to save the rights of people rather to act for their own pride
….. Bhagwan Chauhan

HOSHIARPUR (ADESH) Judiciary is one of the fourth pillars of our Democracy. Our Judicial system is duty-bound to protect the fundamental and basic rights of people of India.
But the way in which Supreme court has pinpointed Senior Lawyer Parshant Bhushan for his tweet is a question mark on the conduct of the Supreme court, because if the supreme court will not protect the Right of speech and expression then it will be a failure of democracy and challenge to Our Constitution who was built by Dr B.R. Ambedkar ji.

This issue has been raised by famous Social Activist and Chairman of Atya-chaar Virodhi Front  Bhagwan Singh Chauhan while issuing press note on declaring guilty to Mr Parshant Bhushan by the Supreme Court. Mr. Chauhan has said I can’t understand why our judiciary is so helpless and restraining citizens for raising their voices. The judges of the Supreme court should maintain there status and should always work and act as role models so that people’s faith in Indian judiciary system becomes more strong. But the conduct and act of the Supreme court in Parshant Bhushan case is totally unjustified and has shattered the position and respect of the judiciary in the eyes of people. Mr Chauhan said that the Supreme court should work independently with a broad-minded approach to save the rights of people rather to act for their own pride.
