#suv_jimny : Maruti Suzuki launches SUV Jimny, ex-show room prices start at Rs 12.47 lakh

Maruti Suzuki : has launched the much-awaited Jimny SUV at a starting price of Rs 12.74 lakh (ex-showroom) for the manual transmission model. The automatic transmission version is priced at Rs 15.05 lakh. The SUV has five doors and is available for deliveries at all NEXA showrooms in India. It comes in two trims, Zeta and Alpha, both equipped with standard 4WD technology. Maruti has reportedly added several features to the SUV to enhance its off-road capabilities.

Maruti has announced that the Jimny will be available in India at all NEXA showrooms in two top-tier trims: Zeta and Alpha. The SUV will come equipped with standard 4WD technology and will be powered by the K15B 1.5-litre petrol engine, capable of producing 150 PS of power and 134 N-m of torque. The engine will be paired with either a five-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission.

Safety features on the four-wheel drive SUV include six airbags, a brake-limited slip differential, electronic stability program, a hill-hold-assist, hill-descent control, a rearview camera, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and ABS with EBD.
